General Terms and Conditions ("GTC")

1. Scope 

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") regulate the conditions for the use of online German courses offered by CCS-Sprachschule of the sole proprietorship "Kahyaoglu Consulting-Commerce-Sprachdienste".

 

2. Service description 

CCS-Sprachschule offers online German courses for participants, which are held online via Zoom. The courses are conducted by an experienced and qualified teacher.

 

3. Conclusion of contract 

By registering for a German course at CCS-Sprachschule, a binding contract is concluded between the participant and CCS-Sprachschule. Registration can be made by e-mail, via the online form on the website or through other channels offered by CCS-Sprachschule.

 

4. Terms of payment 

The participation fee for a German course at CCS-Sprachschule must be paid before the course begins. Payment can be made by bank transfer or other payment methods offered by CCS-Sprachschule.

 

5. Right of Cancellation 

Participants have the right to cancel their registration for a German course at CCS-Sprachschule within 14 days after conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. The revocation must be sent in writing by e-mail to CCS-Sprachschule (info@ccs-dienste.ch).

 

The cancellation of a German private course by the participant is possible at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled start of the course. In case of later cancellation, the participation fee will not be refunded.

 

6. Liability 

CCS-Sprachschule is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the online German courses. In particular, CCS-Sprachschule is not liable for technical problems or failures of Zoom or other technical platforms used to run the online German courses.

7. Data protection 

CCS-Sprachschule undertakes to use and protect the personal data of the participants only within the framework of the legal provisions.

8. Final provisions 

Changes or additions to these GTC must be made in writing. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
